The 52 restaurateurs attached to these conferences will take care of the production of caps and spiked with local produce such as mushrooms, game meat, vegetables from the Garden of Villa del Prado, goat cheese from La Cabezuela Fresnedillas, Valdy of Villamantilla pates, honey Zarzalejo Quique Shepherd and many more.
